    • U.S.: 5–10 business days
    • International: 7–15 business days
  • NGL Movement is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for refunds.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on NGL Movement (logos, images, designs, text) is owned by NGL Movement.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • NGL Movement is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our store or products.
  • Your sole remedy for any issue is limited to the purchase price of the product.
