At Next Generation Leadership (NGL Movement), we are committed to delivering your order with the same intentionality we put into every product. Please review our shipping policy below.


📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship to 54+ countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express, and Printful's global carrier network. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. NGL Movement is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Currency & Pricing Customers in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia will see prices displayed in their local currency (GBP, CAD, and AUD respectively) at checkout.

Duties & Import Taxes Please note that duties, import taxes, and customs fees are not collected at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. NGL Movement is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Printful Fulfillment Print-on-demand items may ship from the nearest Printful fulfillment center to your location (including EU facilities for UK orders), which can reduce delivery times.


🖨️ Print-on-Demand Products

Some NGL Movement products — including apparel, accessories, phone cases, and home goods — are fulfilled by Printful and ship directly from their production facilities. These items may ship separately from other items in your order and may have slightly different delivery timelines.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


⚠️ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at fred.martin.fm75@gmail.com or call 901-208-1768. We will work with the carrier and/or Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

NGL Movement is not liable for carrier delays, weather events, or customs holds outside of our control.
